1. Using RaveVisa
RaveVisa is a platform that connects event organisers with attendees. By using the platform you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when purchasing tickets or creating events.
2. Tickets and entry
A purchased ticket guarantees entry to the event, subject to the organiser's own rules (age restrictions, dress code, security checks). Entry can be refused by the organiser for valid reasons; RaveVisa is not liable for a refusal caused by your own conduct.
Tickets are personal to the purchaser. Reselling tickets at inflated prices (scalping) is prohibited and may result in cancellation without refund.
- Present your QR code or reference number at the venue entrance.
- Keep your QR code and reference private — sharing them lets someone else use your ticket.
- Lost your QR code? Use the order lookup on the Orders page or contact the organiser.
3. Refunds and cancellations
Refund and cancellation policies are set by each event organiser and shown on the event page. Contact the organiser directly for refund requests.
If an event is cancelled by the organiser, they are responsible for refunds. RaveVisa will notify you by email where possible.
4. Payments
Online payments are processed securely by Paystack. You may also pay via our WhatsApp channel, where the organiser team guides you through payment manually.
Service charges are shown before you pay. WhatsApp and online payment may carry different charges, and an online processing fee applies.
5. Organiser responsibilities
Event organisers are responsible for the accuracy of event details, delivering the event, honouring tickets, and complying with all applicable laws and licences.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use RaveVisa to create or promote events that are unlawful, infringe rights, or mislead attendees. We may remove content or accounts that breach these terms.
7. Limitation of liability
RaveVisa provides the platform "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, RaveVisa is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced on the platform or by email.
