- To deliver your tickets and confirm your orders.
- To send event reminders, receipts, and important updates.
- To improve the platform and show relevant events.
- To prevent fraud and abuse.
3. Sharing
We share the minimum necessary with event organisers (your name and contact details, so they can run the event), with Paystack to process payments, and with service providers that help us operate.
We never sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Your choices
- Update your profile details anytime in your profile settings.
- Opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link.
- Request deletion of your account by contacting support.
5. Data retention
Order records are kept as long as required for tax, legal, and anti-fraud purposes. Account data is kept while your account is active.
6. Security
We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure authentication. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your data.
